Participation Terms

These Participation Terms apply to individuals taking part in leadership programmes, cohorts, workshops, and 1:1 support delivered by Impactful People Limited. By enrolling in a programme or participating in any related sessions, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Our Agreement

By taking part, you're engaging Claire Lowry-Hubball and Impactful People Limited to provide leadership development and practical support. This work is built on mutual respect, honest conversation, and a shared commitment to progress and learning.

2. What This Support Is

Programmes and sessions are designed to help you:

  • Think clearly about leadership challenges

  • Build confidence and judgement

  • Lead with intent

  • Develop practical habits.

Delivery may include group learning sessions, facilitated discussions, reflection exercises, and 1:1 support.

3. What This Support Isn't

This work is not therapy, counselling, or on-demand crisis support. It is not a substitute for your own decision-making or accountability. You remain responsible for your actions, choices, and how you apply what you learn.

4. How We'll Work Together

Sessions run as scheduled and are delivered live unless stated otherwise. You'll get the most value by showing up engaged and willing to reflect. I'll show up prepared, focused, and invested in the quality of the experience.

5. 1:1 Support

Some programmes include individual 1:1 sessions, or these can be purchased as a separate service. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and must be booked within the programme timeframe. Unused sessions do not carry over beyond the programme unless otherwise agreed.

6. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are confirmed in advance and payable to secure your place. Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment terms are confirmed at booking and invoiced via Xero. Your place or sessions are only confirmed once payment has been received.

7. Cohort Number and Delivery

Programmes are designed to run with a minimum number of participants to ensure effective peer-to-peer learning. If fewer than 4 people join a cohort, you may be offered a place on a future date, or a full refund.

8. Cancellations and Charges

  • In-House and Corporate Cohorts: Cancellation terms apply to the programme as a whole, not individual participants. Changes to dates, scope, or format must be agreed in writing. Additional sessions or extensions are out of scope unless agreed separately. Substitutions of team members may be permitted with notice, subject to agreement.

  • 1:1 Support: Sessions can be rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are counted as used. This support is delivered as a prepaid package of sessions; once booked, sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the agreed timeframe.

9. Confidentiality and Use of AI

What's shared in sessions stays within the group. Personal context, challenges, and experiences are treated with care

To protect the privacy, data security, and psychological safety of all participants, the use of automated AI note-takers, recorders, or transcription bots (e.g., Otter.ai, Fathom, Fireflies) by participants is strictly prohibited during live cohort sessions. Any unauthorised AI tools will be removed from the session by the facilitator.

10. Tools and Materials

Frameworks, tools, and resources, including our proprietary Leaderful® Framework, are for your personal or internal organisational use. They may not be shared, reproduced, or used commercially outside your business without agreement. All materials remain the intellectual property of Impactful People Limited.

11. Conduct

To protect the experience for everyone, respectful participation is expected. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the programme without a refund.

12. Acceptance

By enrolling in a programme or attending sessions, you confirm that you've read and agreed to these Participation Terms.
