Claire has been absolutely fantastic training and coaching our first time manager cohort. She took the time to understand what we needed (and advised both for and against what we thought we needed) and brought an incredible level of care and flexibility to the process that meant the training ended up being rooted in the best practice she’s been teaching for years, while still making sense for our organisation.
I was so impressed by her ability to build trust with our new managers and how quickly she unearthed the real challenges they were facing, as well as the challenges we needed to address as a wider business. She’s had an impact far beyond the training she’s delivered: Claire gave us lots of opportunities to sense-check our thinking, strengthened our managers’ confidence and resilience, and provided clear, ironclad advice whenever things became difficult.
