This pathway is for people early in their leadership journey.
Often still doing the job, while leading others at the same time.

It’s a stage where responsibility increases quickly, expectations can feel unclear, and confidence doesn’t always catch up with the role straight away.

For individuals, this work helps them make sense of that shift and learn how to lead in practice, not just in theory.

For organisations, it’s about building a strong pipeline of leaders and creating the foundations of a leaderful organisation. One where leadership is learned early, shared over time, and doesn’t rely on a few people carrying it all.


What you’ll learn

Across six live sessions, participants explore what it really takes to lead others day to day.

The focus is on the practical human side of leadership. How to communicate clearly, make decisions with others in mind, and understand the impact of your behaviour on the people around you.

How it Works

Each session blends discussion, reflection, and practical application, so learning translates directly into action.

People are encouraged to bring real situations from work, think them through together, and try things out between sessions.

Learning happens in a group because leadership is rarely learned well in isolation. Over time, people build confidence by learning alongside others who are navigating similar challenges.
